Eusing Free MP3 Cutter is a simple tool that lets you edit out sections of an audio file, whether that be MP3, WAV, or WMA.
Eusing Free MP3 Cutter has a built in audio player that allows you to listen to the song and select the start time and the end time of the track to be edited. It provides a slider bar to visually position cut points where you want to edit out sections of audio.

The application works quickly and has a user-friendly interface. One downside, it does use rather a large amount of system resources, and it is not capable of editing in batches.
If you need an MP3 editing tool with lots of features, this isn't for you. However, if you need a tool that can hack up some sound files in only a few clicks, then this may be what you need.
