Free Flash Player is a small, lightweight video player that can allow you to view FLV video media. It has a simple user interface wrapped around a standard explorer framework and the drop down menus will feel familiar to most users.
Flash video (FLV) is a very popular format for online video media, but not all media players support it. Because Free Flash Player has been specifically designed to play FLV files it is adept at doing so. Upon tests the application found no issues opening and playing FLV video files, even in full screen.
Free Flash Player will not only play FLV files, but also some other formats too, WMV for instance. The options in this player are very limited though; you can open and play files and that's about it unfortunately. But, if you are in need of a relatively lightweight application that will allow you to open and play FLV files and that's all you need, then Free Flash Player will be what you are looking for. That being said, there are other free applications available that have more functionality and features.
